Pricing
The Round Barn Ranch can accommodate up to 300 guests, making our location a charming and affordable solution for your special event. We offer a range of pricing options with hourly, half-day, and all day rates to work within your budget.
Required to reserve the date for your event is the signed rental agreement and a $200 booking deposit that will be applied to your final balance. Payments can be made with cash, check, and with debit or credit cards.
The deposit is refundable for 30 days from the date payment is made and becomes non-refundable after 30 days. Any remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
Venue rental includes:
- Exclusive use of the property, no other events are scheduled at the same time.
- Cleaning of the site at the conclusion of the event.
- Cafe and banquet seating with chairs and tables provided.
- Linen tablecloths provided for cafe, banquet, and head tables.
- Set-up and tear-down of seating and tables.
- Public restrooms with handicap accessibility.
- You may choose your own vendors.
- Climate controlled banquet hall.
- Bluetooth sound system with microphone in banquet hall.
- On-site parking.
- Staff to direct parking.
- Kitchen area with refrigerator, 2 warming ovens, microwave, and sink.
- Serving/eating bar area next to the kitchen.
- Standing ice chest.
- Use of picnic tables, chairs, benches, and game areas at the front of the barn.
- Bar area in the Round Barn (bartender and alcohol not provided).
- String lights on the barn throughout indoor and outdoor areas.
- Dance floor area in the Round Barn.
- Indoor and outdoor ceremony options for weddings.
